WealthOS Clearance

The customs clearance engine that reconciles every document to the cent

Bayan declarations, bills of lading, and broker, freight, and port invoices are already reconciled by hand today, line by line. WealthOS Clearance turns that work into a system: ingest a full clearance pack, verify it against itself, and surface the landed cost and exemption evidence a finance or supply chain team actually needs.

One engine, two ways to sell it

Built for the team clearing shipments, sold to the companies who need it proven

Ops mode

For the team clearing shipments today

Every clearance pack currently audited by hand, page by page, against a broker invoice moves into one system, shared across every client and every shipment.

  • ●One evidence standard across every clearance pack, not a spreadsheet per shipment
  • ●The same team can review more packs a week without adding headcount
  • ●Exceptions are ranked by financial impact, not read in document order
Customer mode

For importers that need clearance reconciled

The same engine, offered directly to an importer's finance or supply chain team: approve a clearance invoice in seconds instead of trusting it on arrival.

  • ●A finance team sees the true landed cost of a shipment, not just what the broker invoiced
  • ●Duty exemptions come with an evidence chain ready before an audit asks for it
  • ●Directly connected to the WealthOS Stage 1 assessment, the same entry point as every other product

The System

Four capabilities, one engine

Each one pays for itself in the order it runs: prove the invoice first, then assemble the real cost, then catch what doesn't add up, then defend what's being claimed.

01

Clearance invoice auto-audit

Every recharged line on a broker or clearance invoice proved against its own source document, Bayan declaration, bill of lading, supplier invoice, before it gets approved for payment.

02

Landed cost assembly

Every cost document tied to a shipment, supplier invoices, freight, port charges, clearance fees, stitched into one record and allocated down to SKU and purchase order.

03

Exception engine

Roll-up failures, arithmetic errors, weight and quantity mismatches, and costs that were paid but never recharged, surfaced automatically instead of found during an audit.

04

Duty & exemption assurance

Per-line duty recomputed from the declaration itself, with a durable, machine-verifiable evidence chain behind every exempt line, ready before a ZATCA post-clearance audit asks for it.

Module 03, in detail

Not every exception is the same exception

A real clearance pack surfaces exceptions across all three severities at once. Ranking them by financial impact is what turns a document review into a prioritized action list.

1

Financial, live

Costs that are real, unbilled or miscalculated, and still open: an off-invoice freight charge on 60-day terms, a rate-times-quantity error on an invoice approaching its due date.

2

Data integrity

The documents disagree with each other: a bill of lading and a customs declaration stating different weights for the same container, one shipment split across four renderings of the same reference number.

3

Process hygiene

Nothing wrong with the money yet, but nothing to catch it next time either: no cost allocation back to SKU, a carrier name that doesn’t match between two documents.

Why This Matters

The clearance invoice is rarely the whole cost

On the clearance packs we've reconciled, the invoice a broker sends is often a fraction of a shipment's true landed cost: ocean freight, port charges, and exemption fees that never appear on that invoice can add up to the majority of it. A duty exemption, meanwhile, is frequently worth more than the entire logistics cost of the shipment it's attached to, and is defended entirely by paper, the first thing a post-clearance audit tests.

What It Costs

Three phases, each gated on the results of the last

The pilot exists to measure real volume and format variance before any production price is fixed, the same discipline as every other WealthOS engagement.

Phase 1 · 8 weeks

Pilot

Run against 50–100 real clearance packs to measure straight-through rate, accuracy, and recovery value on your own document mix before anything is built for production.

Production

Full ingestion, ERP integration, the exception workflow, and SKU-level cost allocation, built against the pilot’s measured volume and format variance.
